Light in Motion

A night sky full of color, and the clarity that emerges when we slow enough to notice.

Some nights, the world offers a reminder that we’re part of something wide and electric — bigger than our timelines, our plans, or the quiet lists inside our heads.

The sky over Northern Colorado opened like this: violet rising into green, a soft pulse of color stretching across the plains. Not loud. Not dramatic. Just a gentle insistence that light can move in ways we don’t expect.

I stood there longer than I meant to, letting the air settle around me.

Letting my body catch up.

Letting my breath shift from thinking to feeling.

Moments like this invite a deeper kind of noticing —a way of sensing the world without needing it to explain itself.

A way of noticing clarity emerge through color, shape, and quiet presence.

This sky felt like a quiet kind of permission.

To move differently.

To imagine differently.

To let myself be guided by what feels luminous, not just logical.

A new season is coming.

And this is what it’s telling me:

When light moves, we’re invited to move with it.

Life by design.

Movement by soul.
