The Heart Behind Soul Trip™

A practice exploring awareness through movement, place, and direct experience.

Soul Trip™ began with an observation.

I'm Debi, a RYT-500 yoga teacher and organizational development leader. Over the years, I've noticed how movement and the places we inhabit shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us.

Soul Trip™ emerged from those observations—a way of bringing them into guided experiences that invite presence, connection, and discovery.

The places we move through become part of how we participate in life. Soul Trip™ brings together movement, awareness, and place through experiences designed in response to what is present.

At the heart of Soul Trip™ is an invitation to notice, engage, and participate in the unfolding moments of life.

Every experience responds to place, the season, and what emerges in the moment.

No two experiences are ever the same, because no two places, seasons, or moments are ever the same.

This work continues to evolve with every place explored and every experience shared. Each experience informs what comes next.

Breathing with the Land

I acknowledge the Indigenous peoples who have cared for and continue to care for the lands where Soul Trip experiences take place.

I honor the deep and enduring relationships Indigenous peoples have with these lands, waters, and places, and hold gratitude for the opportunity to move through them with awareness and respect.

May we remember that every place has a history, a presence, and stories that extend far beyond our own experience.

Vision

A world where people participate more intentionally in their lives, relationships, communities, and the environments they share.
