This winter edition reflects how strength can feel steady, embodied, and sustainable โ even in colder, quieter seasons. Like the Horse in winter, this ritual protects what carries us forward โ grounding momentum in warmth and care. This experience centers warmth, containment, and internal fire. Participants are welcomed with a gifted pair of Soul Trip Quiet Strength socks, lightly infused with a grounding evergreen aroma. The socks become both ritual and keepsake โ offering warmth through the practice and symbolizing movement that honors the season. The flow is strong and breath-led, with deliberate pacing that builds heat and clarity. Participants are invited to notice where steadiness already exists, where flexibility is needed, and how support systems influence their capacity to adapt.
