Hi, I’m Debi — founder and journey architect of Soul Trip Yoga + Wellness™, and I’m glad you’re here.

I bring together yoga, somatic practice, and nature-based design to help people move with purpose and presence — building awareness that shapes how we live, lead, and create. My approach draws from both human and ecological intelligence, aligning mindful movement with intentional design for inspired living.

Rooted in years of work across people strategy, leadership, and organizational development, my path explores how inner awareness and outer design come together, how we adapt, connect, and find balance within life’s changing landscapes.

Soul Trip™ is both a practice and a philosophy grounded in connection with the earth and guided by the belief that well-being is something we design and live each day.
